Ibis Plaza has been providing office space in Hamilton (near Princeton), NJ since 1982. It is a New Jersey Limited Liability Company and is owned by the Jerjian brothers. Christopher Jerjian is the President and Managing Member responsible for leasing and development.

From the start, we work closely with prospective tenants to deliver to them the office space they require. Our open and transparent approach ensures value for money and the successful achievement of mutually agreed goals.
Our projects are overseen by our space planner and contractor. Intensive collaboration between all parties in the pre-construction phase will result in a final layout. This plan then becomes an addendum to the lease document.
Once the lease document is executed, the construction of the tenant improvements will start, as per a pre-defined work letter. The entire project will be managed by Christopher Jerjian, our property manager and our contractor, all of whom will liaise and work with the tenant until completion.
