Our Company

IBIS PLAZA has been providing office space since 1982. It is a Limited Liability Company based in Hamilton, New Jersey and is owned by the Jerjian brothers. Christopher Jerjian is the President and Managing Member.

Tenant Improvements and Build-outs

From the start, we work closely with prospective tenants to deliver to them the office space they require. Our open and transparent approach ensures value for money and the successful achievement of mutually agreed goals.

Our projects are overseen by our space planner and contractor, Joseph Putrino of Planview Homes, Inc.. Intensive collaboration between all parties in the pre-construction phase will result in a final layout. This plan then becomes an addendum to the lease document.

Once the lease document is executed, the construction of the tenant improvements will start, as per a pre-defined work letter. The entire project will be managed by Joe Putrino, who will liaise and work with our tenant until completion.
